Robert Cleave takes us into the future of space and discusses the importance of career resiliency in the space industry. Robert Cleave is currently leading a stealth start-up company focusing on the satellite sector. He has over 30 years experience in the space industry, working as an engineer, program manager, and general manager with P&L responsibility.

Cleave founded a start-up to provide services to government agencies, and became the youngest chief systems engineer in company history at Boeing. A prolific author with one patent, Robert has participated in multiple international panels. Cleave earned a degree in aerospace engineering from Arizona State University and a master’s in systems engineering from the University of Southern California.
