Wondering what to make for dinner this week? I’ve got you covered! This weekly menu plan is packed with easy, family-friendly dinners that make busy nights feel a little more manageable and give everyone something to look forward to.

What’s for Dinner This Week?
Here’s what’s on the weekly menu! We’re starting with cozy Chicken Divan, keeping things quick with Egg Roll in a Bowl, and letting the slow cooker handle Kalua Pulled Pork. Later in the week, there’s crispy Air Fryer “Fried” Chicken and a cheesy Alfredo Ravioli Casserole. Check out my other meal plans here!
Start your week off right with this free weekly menu plan. It provides 5 meals that will feed 4-6 (depending on whether you are feeding adults or kids) AND it includes a free shopping list!

Chicken Divan
Easy to prep, family-friendly, Chicken Divan with tender chicken and broccoli baked under a golden, crunchy topping.

Egg Roll In A Bowl
A lighter, no-wrapper take on classic egg roll flavor, ready in about 10 minutes. Healthy, customizable, and perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep.

Slow Cooker Kalua Pulled Pork
Tender slow cooker kalua pulled pork is salty, smokey melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Enjoy authentic Hawaiian luau pork flavor at home with this super simple 3 ingredient masterpiece.

Crispy Air Fryer “Fried” Chicken
Crispy Air Fryer “Fried” Chicken is SO delicious and doesn’t have to cook in any oil! It is crunchy and golden on the outside, and tender, juicy, and full of flavor inside! This is how the chicken was meant to be eaten.

Alfredo Ravioli Casserole
Creamy ravioli layered with chicken and rich Alfredo sauce, baked until bubbly and cheesy. It’s easy to prep and perfect for busy weeknights.
Why Should I Meal Plan?
If you haven’t tried planning your meals ahead of time, this is going to be a game-changer for you! Here’s why I swear by weekly menu planning:
- Less Stress: No more last-minute “what’s for dinner?” panic. A meal plan gives you a game plan so evenings run smoother.
- Save Money: Planning ahead helps you avoid impulse buys, shop smarter, and actually use leftovers.
- Healthier Meals: With a plan and the right ingredients on hand, it’s easier to cook at home instead of grabbing takeout.
- Save Time: Meal planning means fewer extra grocery trips and no more staring into the fridge wondering what to make.
- Happier Dinners: When meals are planned, dinner is easier, and everyone has something to look forward to.
Side Dishes for Dinner
My weekly meal plans always come with a printable shopping list that is all measured out and ready to go! It makes things so easy!

I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend, or I have leftovers that we can have to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
