Titanic’s End art car continues to prove itself a coveted landmark in the live DJ scene. The mobile electronic music stage has hosted events with Diplo, LP Giobbi, and TOKiMONSTA, among others, even making an appearance at Fisher and Chris Lake‘s Hollywood Blvd takeover party last summer. Well, as of March 7th, 2025, Titanic’s End has become one of dance music’s most compelling new record labels. “In Your Eyes,” by JK, Arabic Piano, Orso, and GRAMMY-nominated singer Maejor, marks the first ever music release from Titanic’s End Records. A collaborative effort that stretches across three continents, “In Your Eyes” materializes an organic house triumph. Speaking on the new release and record label, Titanic’s End founder Justin Kan sat down with Dancing Astronaut for an exclusive Q&A.

Stream “In Your Eyes” and read the official Q&A below.

What led to choosing “In Your Eyes” as Titanic’s End Records’ debut release?

Justin: “We’ve been in love with the global sound of afro house music for the past couple of years. Some of the artists who’ve have inspired us that have played on Titanic’s End are Francis Mercier, Nitefreak, Maxi Meraki and Arodes. We wanted to build a label that showcased sounds from our community of artists, DJs and producers, and we loved the vibe of ‘In Your Eyes.’”

Can you touch on Titanic’s End’s ocean conservation efforts?

Justin: “Absolutely! One of our partners is Only One, a non-profit advocacy group that works to drive climate and ocean policy, on a global scale. We’ve been supporters of their mission and have been donating funds raised from some of our events to assist in the amazing work that they do.”

What’s it like being an entrepreneur in the music industry?

Justin: “I’m still a wide-reaching entrepreneur, but music is my passion! As an entrepreneur in the music business, I recently launched Titanic’s End Records with Nick Parasram. I [also] still love and build technology companies. As a non-drinker, I’ve also recently launched a non-alcoholic wine company called ‘Woody’s’ with a good friend of mine.”

What lies ahead for you and Titanic’s End?

Justin: “We’ll be doing more real world events with the full art car, showcasing talent from our community. [We’re] working on bringing them to Los Angeles and San Francisco this year, and we will announce more on that soon!”
