The TezDev 2024 conference, held in Brussels during the week of EthCC 7, showcased the best of the Tezos (XTZ) community. Held at the Royal Library of Belgium, TezDev 2024 saw nearly double the attendance compared to the previous year. The conference featured:

- 18 speakers including keynotes, panels, and presentations
- 420 attendees at the main event

Tezos X: A Proposed Roadmap
Tezos co-founder Arthur Breitman presented a proposed roadmap for Tezos X, sparking conversations among attendees. Yann Regis-Gianas from Nomadic Labs provided a deep dive into the technical development roadmap, outlining plans for the next two years.
Etherlink’s Impact
Etherlink, an EVM-compatible L2, attracted considerable attention at its EthCC booth. It featured the Block Reflex game, which drew over 500 players. Additionally, Thomas Letan from Nomadic Labs introduced the Tezos/Etherlink scaling model during a presentation to the Ethereum audience.
Jstz: JavaScript on Tezos
Trilitech Developer Advocate Beata Lipska unveiled the vision for Jstz, demonstrating a prototype application built using a JavaScript rollup. The presentation highlighted the importance of language and developer experience in the Tezos ecosystem.

On-chain Payment Networking and Drinks
Hosted by Baanx and the Etherlink team, this event brought together over 200 attendees to explore non-custodial on-chain payment solutions.
Art on Tezos x Artcrush | Gallery Drinks
Co-hosted by Artcrush Gallery and Trilitech, the Art on Tezos show featured works by over 20 Tezos artists exhibited on more than 1,000 billboards across Belgium. The event celebrated the upcoming drop on Objkt and included discussions, drinks, and art.
